Vegetarian
My husband, Joe, has really encouraged me, by his love for veggies, to expand my palate into vegetarian meals. I don't have anything against them, but I may be a bit of a meat and potatoes gal in my heart. However, I'm learning that a combination of good flavors, great sauces, and interesting ingredients can really make for a meal. Not only that, vegetarian meals have so many health benefits that they are great to include in your weekly repertoire!
