Why oh why are desserts just so delightfully delicious? I wish that I could say I didn’t have a sweet tooth, but I just can’t. I know Shana feels the same. When I once apologized for using too many chocolate chips in a pumpkin bread picture, she texted me “there’s no such thing as too much chocolate.” As cliche as that might seem, she truly feels that way. Her and I both just cannot get enough of the chocolate-zucchini cake. Probably because it is way healthier since it has olive oil and zucchini in it. Well, we can think that anyways.
