When I think of salads, I think of my mom. I’m not quite sure why, but Grandma May can make a salad like nobody’s business. The dressing always hits and the balance of ingredients is always perfect. How does she do it? I’m not quite sure. If you ask her what she thinks the secret is to her salads, she will say that she always adds more cheese.
