It’s fall! It’s fall! It’s fall! Well, September 22 it will officially be fall. To usher us into fall, we’ll move into a cozy meal right away tomorrow with some green chili enchiladas. My mouth is watering already. In honor of the first day of fall, I also decided to make a Pumpkin Spice Texas Sheet Cake. I’ve never made a cake on a cookie sheet. No, I’m not having guests, but that would be nice. It’s my version of a pumpkin spice latte. I don’t drink coffee, and cake is SO much better. Enjoy the turn of seasons, and Happy Rosh Hashanah to my mother-in-law (and all others who celebrate), and have a wonderful first day of fall!
