While the students at my school are still enjoying their last week of summer, they will be joining us for the start of school on the Thursday of this week’s menu! I am so excited to be back into the ritual and routines of school, although it always is a bit more hectic at the beginning of the year. So, so many things to get ready to get going. I am a little extra excited to wear my new first day of school shirt, so I will share that with you in an upcoming post. I also will be using my new lunch box that my friend Shana got me for my birthday. It’s fire! It’s alpha? I’m not sure what the new slang is right now, so I’ll just say it’s SWEET! Just like the roasted salmon with jalapeno, honey, and lime that I love so much. That is why it is on the schedule for this week. Gotta start the new school year off right!
