February 22 - 26 2026

It seems like my husband and I always have so much going on every week, but this week just seems calmer and quieter than past ones and way less busy than what I see coming up on the calendar. This week’s menu reflects that. The menu is clear cut, easy, not overly exciting, but still very satisfying.


What makes it the most satisfying is the Chocolate Zucchini Cake I threw in there to make on Sunday and eat off all week. It is a family favorite, and if you have children in school or work in a school, you know the stretch from January to spring break is no joke. We are eight weeks into that stretch, and I think we deserve some chocolate cake to help get us to spring break.
