I know everyone loves spring, but winter really is my jam. I would love to say that we are heading into the end of our colder season, but it just hasn’t been a cold winter. We need more snow! We need SOME snow! Either way, as we head towards spring, I have to squeeze a few more soups into our menu each week to extend every moment of enjoyment from the colder weather.

Soups are just so heartwarming and cozy, and they just aren’t as appetizing in the middle of summer when it gets warmer. Beyond enjoying cold weather and soups, I love discovering new recipes that become part of our “go to” favorites. And I can tell you that this week’s lamb tacos are just delicious and are bound to become a family favorite. I made them once before, and at least I remember thinking they were delicious. Isn’t it funny though that sometimes the setting, company, timing, or your hunger level really can change the taste of a meal? I guess we’ll find out if they are as yummy as I remember the second go around.
