It’s fall! It’s fall! It’s fall! Well, on Monday it will officially be fall.

To usher us into fall, we’ll move into a cozy meal right away on Monday with some green chili enchiladas. My mouth is watering already.

In honor of the first day of fall, I am also going to either make a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting or a Pumpkin Spice Texas Sheet Cake. No, I’m not having guests, but that would be nice. It’s my version of a pumpkin spice latte. I don’t drink coffee, and cake is SO much better. Stay tuned to see which one I picked (and if it turned out).
