March 8 - 12 2026

One more week until spring break! It’s a great time to rest and rejuvenate. This week’s menu includes our first time using our Blackstone that we got from our daughters for Christmas. I can’t even write Steak Fajitas without starting to drool. You don’t have to have a Blackstone, but we’ve been wanting a big griddle for awhile now and are excited to put it to use.


Not only that, the Spicy Shrimp Sushi bowls are DELISH, and they are so easy. We actually used packaged, cooked rice and that made it even easier. I hope they are as good to you as they were for us!
